I have to share an incredible testimonial with all of you... There is no other realtor in Palm Beach County that anyone in their right mind should ever use except Ms. Laura Jaffe. Jay and I have bought and sold our share of properties over the years. I can honestly say we have NEVER received such personal care from a realtor as we received from Laura with our condo transaction. Her knowledge was far beyond that of any of our previous realtors. The time she put in was incredible. Before closing, she fought for every penny for us on the HUD up until the minute before closing. During closing, she was extremely engaged and represented us on every point. If you haven’t experienced it, a short sale can be a nightmare. Luckily we had Laura who is so well educated on short sale procedures it makes her qualifications far beyond most realtors in the industry today. We found ourselves having to rely on her knowledge to get us through the short sale process. If she hadn’t educated herself, Jay and I could have lost a lot of money.
Believe it or not, we still have some unresolved issues after the closing. Laura is STILL right by our side and continues to represent us. Do you know of any realtor that would do that? I know I have never experienced that.
